The first, unique, and most comprehensive specialization course in Thai massage stretching techniques in Romania – the course covers 100 therapeutic Thai stretchings.

This course was developed based on the instructor’s experience of over 16,000 hours of practice, as well as studies in Thailand at two of the most renowned Thai massage schools: TMC Chiang Mai, Thailand – awarded by the royal family as the best Thai massage school, and ONG School, Thailand – a school dedicated to Japanese students.

This course is designed for specialization in stretching techniques, correlated with the meridians activated through stretching. The teaching of stretches follows a structured flow, ensuring movements are performed with minimal effort by the therapist and maximum comfort for the recipient.

As with all courses taught by this school, emphasis is placed on the therapist’s posture, enabling them to apply the techniques healthily and continue practicing for decades without suffering from the common occupational ailments of massage therapists.

The course is intensive, lasting 4 days (24 hours), with 95% of the time devoted to practice. The instructor provides detailed demonstrations of each stretching technique, and participants practice under careful supervision.

Participants will experience the techniques both as recipients (feeling the benefits on their own bodies) and as practitioners (offering stretches), since hands-on practice is the most effective method for mastering these skills.
