The Tok Sen massage has been used since ancient times in temples in northern Thailand to help relieve blockages, muscle tension, but it also helps the bone restoration.
The massage is applied using the Tok Sen specific hammer and the wooden “Nail”. Their vibrations applied alongside the muscles bring an extremely relaxing effect to the recipient. This type of massage is only taught in temples in northern Thailand. Now, you can also benefit from this knowledge here, in Romania.
During the course, you will receive the Tok Sen hammer and specific nail and the course manual.
The followings are also included: uniforms, liquids throughout the course and snack in breaks (fruits or cakes).
Course Schedule
The course lasts for 2 days. The classes will be held each day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 1,5 hour lunch break.
